ASP .NET / WPF Developer

Based in downtown Vancouver, SOFT are leaders in business process products that maximize the point of sale experience for credit unions and the wider financial sector in throughout North America. We build transformational products that rejuvenate processes, user experience, efficiency, and accuracy.

Qualifications/ What we are looking for:

You have a minimum of five years of .NET (ideally C#) and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge.
Your .NET experience will have included work with rich client interfaces and communication tools ie: WinForms, WPF and WCF.
You are technically strong and have a keen interest in building and maintaining our suite of Harmony and/or Liberty products.
You have experience in communicating ideas and garnering consensus within a team environment.
You have a degree in information technology or computer science plus three years related experience; or a diploma plus five years related experience.
You've completed or are working towards Microsoft Certifications.
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
You are personable and fun.

Responsibilities:

Implement assigned development and unit testing tasks as per design and schedule.
Participate in design and estimating tasks as directed.
Ability to perform detailed design activities will be an asset.
Fix defects in the suite of Harmony and/or Liberty products.
Analyze issues raised directly by customers or internal teams and help provide the appropriate resolution.
